Please take your weight when 8 to 9 month pregnant (pre-delivery weight) and minus your pre-pegnancy weight. If the difference is:
Within 22lb = stay with the pre-pregnant size
22lb - 33lb = increase 1 size
33lb - 44lb = increase 2 size
E.g. If your pre-pregnancy waist fits our M size, and gain 25lb during pregnancy, you should be purchasine our L size
